Advocate Mr. Mithilesh Jha Sir
With a legal career spanning over 24 years, Advocate Mithilesh Jha stands as a pillar of wisdom, ethics, and deep judicial insight at Bodhi Tree Law Academy. A retired District Judge from the Higher Judicial Service (Uttarakhand Judiciary), he now continues to serve the legal profession as an Advocate-on-Record at the Supreme Court of India.

From overseeing complex criminal justice systems as Chief Judicial Magistrate to shaping legislative frameworks as Joint Secretary (Law) & Legal Advisor to the Government of Uttarakhand, Mr. Jha brings first-hand experience of India’s justice delivery mechanisms.
His diverse roles include:
Joint Registrar at Public Service Tribunal – ensuring smooth judicial administration
Vetting government policies and drafting subordinate legislation
Training in Arbitration, Mediation & Conciliation by the Supreme Court of India
